In this guide, we'll walk through how to connect your personal email to your HubSpot account.

Connecting your personal email to HubSpot will allow you to utilize features such as one-to-one email sending, logging and tracking emails, sequences, and more.
Connect Your Email:

Click the Settings (gear) icon in the main navigation menu.

In the left sidebar menu, navigate to General.

Click the Email tab.

Click Connect personal email.
Install Add-In:
- Once you have connected your email, navigate to Settings > General > Email.
- Hover over your email and click Install Add-In
- Next, identify which extension applies and click Download.
Turn on Inbox Automation:
- If you want to turn on inbox automation features when you connect your inbox, select Turn on inbox automation checkbox in the dialog box.
- Click Connect your inbox.
- In the text field, enter your email address.
Note: HubSpot will attempt to recommend which email provider you should connect with. Click Connect to [recommended provider], then continue the steps below for your specific provider to finish connecting your personal email.
